I work with ESOL providers, refugee education organisations, and mission-driven EdTech platforms to diagnose underperforming language programmes and design ones that work.
That means looking at the curriculum, the teaching, the learner experience and the outcomes together, and seeing how they connect. The problem might be in the design, or the delivery, and often it’s in both.
