Designing a Differentiated Online English Programme for Japanese Learners

Programme Architecture and Platform Design — English Nexus Online

A market saturated with cheap online lessons. Japanese learners being handed the wrong kind of teacher. A gap nobody was filling. So I co-founded a platform to fill it, built on the conviction that language is a culture as much as a skill.

This case study covers the market analysis, the programme architecture, a curriculum built across seven learning strands, and the business-model thinking behind running it as a managed operation rather than a personal teaching practice.
